  • Learning Support: To answer questions related to the content of your booked products and to support your learning process.
  • Shopping Assistant: To help you with your inquiries and provide information about our products and services.

The chatbot is powered by Google's Gemini technology.

2. Data Processing and Transfer to the USA

  • Data Controller: BRAINcloners is the data controller for the personal data processed through this chatbot.
  • Data Processor: Google LLC, located in the United States, acts as a data processor on our behalf.
  • Data Transfer: By using this chatbot, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data, including the content of your chat conversations, will be transmitted to and processed by Google in the United States. A transfer only takes place when you sent a query to the chatbot. Simply loading the chatbot doesn’t transfer any data.
  • Data Storage: The chat conversations are stored only on our servers, located in Germany, which is part of the European Union. Google, as our data processor, only processes the data to provide the chatbot functionality; Google does not store the chat conversations on its servers for its own purposes beyond the immediate processing required to operate the chatbot.
  • Legal Basis for Transfer: The data transfer to the USA is based on DPF: Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This certification covers the specific data processing activities of this chatbot.
  • Data Processing Purposes: Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
    • To provide you with the chatbot service and respond to your inquiries (both learning-related and shopping-related).
    • To improve the quality and functionality of the chatbot.
    • To understand user needs and improve our products, services and courses.

Frequently Asked Questions

1) What makes BRAINcloner's AI better than common AI?

Large Language Models average their input, which gets especially a problem when they collect data from everywhere on the internet, so also from internet forums with lots of people in who are no experts. That is not completely bad, but it results just in averaged wisdom, not in expert knowledge.

BRAINcloners instead uses different AI engines, called "AI brains" or short "brains", which got trained with the wisdom of experts with many years up to decades of experience. That is why BRAINcloner's AI brains can be used for pertinent expertises in specific fields they got trained for.

2) How good are the results of BRAINcloners' AI?

Very good. The most important thing for us is and always was the quality of the results. Whenever you ask a question to a BRAINcloners' chatbot, it tries to be as accurate and useful as possible. It knows about what is important for the target group, so it knows how to talk with you. In the same time it also tries to be as compact as possible, unless you ask more into detail. That is also important as you don't want to read tons of irrelevant stuff.

But there is not only the chatbot, there are also socalled "brain skills". These are a kind of "apps", if you want. For a photography masterclass we developed a brain skill that is able to analyse the photos of photographers and tell them what they could do better next time to get better photos. When we tested this function, we found out that it lead at least to an equally good result as the photography expert who trained the AI brain. And that not only for beginner photos, but also for photos of photographers of decades of experience. So yes: it is really good!

3) What if I have a question the AI brain wasn't trained for?

BRAINcloners' AIs are not limited to the expert knowledge they got trained for - that is just the foundation so that it understands the principles. Our AI brains get trained very thouroughly and comprehensively, but if you would anyway ask anything it was not especially trained for, it would simply access the collective knowledge of the parent AI engine to close gaps. This engine got trained with tons of collective knowledge all over the world. Important here to consider is that it can combine that collective knowledge with its expert knowledge.

It is like you would ask an architect about machine engineering, for instance: he would not be a master in all the details, of course, but he would be much better than an average person. As some things are very similar, he would anyway profit from his education as an architect. So, you would anyway get an answer from an expert.

4) Do I need to pay monthly credits for each masterclass or AI brain?

No. You pay monthly credits just once a month and you can run as many masterclasses and AI brains with them simultaniously as you want. So, no extra costs for executing multiple masterclasses and AI brains.

5) Are your AI based masterclasses as good as classic masterclasses?

No, they are even better! The big problem with classic masterclasses is that the instructor doesn't have as much time as he would need to answer all questions asked by his students. So, many questions stay unanswered. BRAINcloners masterclasses offer an AI chatbot that contains all the expert knowledge of the instructor and more. He is 24/7 available and answeres immediately. It is better.

6) What is a masterclass?

A masterclass is an online course, such as a video course, in which the learner has the opportunity to ask questions to an expert. So, it is a course that contains learning support. The major problem with classic masterclasses is that the instructor can't answer all the questions of all the learners, which is why many questions stay unanswered. But as masterclasses on BRAINcloners are AI-supported ones, learners get answered all their questions immediately.

7) Is it worth its costs?

How much does a consulting cost that is done by an experienced expert? Depending on the business field that could be anything between 70 and a few hundret Euros per hour, right? BRAINcloners costs just a small fraction of that - and it is 24/7 available. And that although the AI brain got trained with the knowledge of an expert. So, is it worth its costs? Definitely!

8) What makes the Premium Plan better?

First of all, the premium plan contains a more powerful AI engine, which means that it is faster and it can go even more into detail. Furthermore, it has a long-term memory, which makes complex and comprehensive discussions possible. To be cost-covering, we had also to limit some of the features for the Standard plan in their monthly usage, for instance. The Premium plan is almost unlimited instead.

But more than that: with the Premium plan the BRAINcloners AI learns how you think and where you struggle most. So, if offered with the masterclass or AI brain you booked, there are also long-term analysis of your learning process possible. By that our AI finds out where you struggle most and how you can overcome that easily. This feature makes it simply a good teacher who listens to his students.

9) Will I get invoices for my payments?

Yes, you will find the invoices of your payments in the "Invoices" section of your control panel, no later than a few days after you have made the particular payment. Just consider that the plans "Standard" and "Premium" are only meant for consumers. So, if you are a company that needs an invoice without VAT, contact us for an "Enterprise" plan instead.

10) Is there any minimum contract period?

No, you can stop using the platform whenever you want. Just consider that we can't pay out credits from your wallet.

11) Is it better to book a masterclass or an AI brain?

That depends on your goals: if you want to get guidance through a topic to become a master yourself in the end, a masterclass is the better choice. If you just need assistance in any field for your projects, an AI brain could be the better choice.

So, if you want to become a master in photography, book a photography masterclass. If you want to get help in planning your photo tours, for instance, book an AI brain.

12) Do I need AI brains beside a masterclass?

Masterclasses contain already a powerful AI brain with all the wisdom of the masterclass instructor, and depending on the masterclass they might also contain different additional AI features you can use, without booking a separat AI brain. But whenever there are AI brains that offer additional features that are not covered by the masterclass's AI brain, it could make sense to book an additional AI brain. So, it depends.

13) Why are there not more masterclasses and AI brains?

In the early days, we started with the first masterclass about landscape photography and AI brains that cover topics around this area. The plan is to find more instructors who want to offer their masterclasses and brains over BRAINcloners. 14) Why do I need to apply for getting my brain cloned?
